Abstract: Social system is a user-centric system. By involving user in data management， social system’s quality can be improved increasingly. However， current social systems have not taken full advantages of user involvement effectively to improve the data quality of system. This paper proposes some strategies to improve data quality and thus search quality. To integrate with these strategies， it designs a social system of bibliography retrieval and management system. As a complete social system， it integrates technology such as data cleaning， user tagging， ranking of papers and so on. It also tests and verifies the efficiency of these methods according to the experiment.
