Abstract: Three kinds of negations in fuzzy knowledge are proposed, namely contradictory negation, opposite negation and medium negation. Based on the medium predicate logic MF and the infinite-valued semantic interpretation Φ of MF, the representation and reasoning on fuzzy knowledge and three kinds of negations are investigated. To show applicability of the results, an example which assists decision making in the financial investment is discussed. Concretely, the paper introduces a new fuzzy production rule which threshold value relates to λ in Φ, and discusses the reasoning and realization about fuzzy knowledge and three kinds of negations in example.
